Jardins de Pera – This modern, spacious villa with pool can be found in the village of Pera, right in the heart of the sunny Algarve, Portugal.

Its close proximity to numerous sandy beaches, family attractions and sporting/leisure facilities makes it an ideal base for a wide variety of vacations.

Jardins de Pera is a private and gated development, which provides added peace of mind for families.  The development consists of 25 houses and  is set around two beautiful swimming pools, one of which is for children only, and covered BBQ facilities.

Our property on the development of Jardins de Pera has an open plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen plus dining and lounge facilities, including a twin sofa bed.

Upstairs, 2 spacious bedrooms have twin beds and access to separate balconies, one of which overlooks the pool. The luxury bathroom boasts a jacuzzi bath. Other facilities include a ground floor shower room, air conditioning/heating and a washing machine.

Jardins de Pera lies 45km west of Faro airport and is easily accessible by car. The pretty village of Pera is within close walking distance and provides an authentic Portuguese village experience, as well as shopping and dining facilities.

The nearby town of Armacao de Pera is approximately 3km away, where you can stroll along the golden sandy beach or relax in the many restaurants/bars watching the local fishermen. Alternatively, the busy tourist town of Albufeira lies less than 10km away and the Algarve Shopping Centre, with its multiplex cinema and designer shops and restaurants, is approximately 5Km away.

Our villa is also a short driving distance from a variety of stunning beaches, family entertainment parks and golf courses, making Jardins de Pera the perfect place for your holiday.

Oceanico Faldo - Golf Course

The Algarve is home to more than 30 golf courses, all within reasonable driving distance of Jardins de Pera. The main golf season is from autumn to late spring. Even the winter months are generally mild and sunny – perfect golf weather. Salgados, Oceanico Faldo and Oceanico O’Connor are near the villa.
